3:10 PM – 5:10 PM Showcase Panels Four panel discussions featuring our 2025 cohort startups. Explore trends and cutting edge innovations in diagnostics, digital health, medical devices, and patient care–each moderated by an industry expert.
5:10 PM – 6:30 PM Grand Finals
The top four finalists will pitch live on stage before our judges. The audience will cast the deciding vote in real time to crown the Grand Winner, who will walk away with USD 175,000 in non‑dilutive funding. Awards Presented:
• Grand Prize: USD 175,000 (non‑dilutive)
• Three Runner‑up Awards: USD 10,000 each
• Cambridge Consultants Product Development Award, worth USD 25,000
• Enterprise Singapore STARTUP SG Grant Award, worth SGD 50,000
• Best Video Competition Award: USD 5,000

Who can attend the morning program?

The morning Masterclasses are for invited startups with approved registrations. Roundtables are for industry leaders invited by MTI. All guests are welcome to the Showcase Panels, Grand Finals & Networking Reception from 2:30 PM onward.

Is the event free to attend?

Yes, the event is free to attend. The morning session is by invitation only, while the afternoon Showcase Panels, Grand Finals and Networking Reception is open to all. The Networking Reception is limited to attendees of the Showcase Panels & Grand Finals (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM).

I was not confirmed for the morning session – can I still come?

No, only confirmed attendees will be admitted. However, you can still join the Showcase Panels, Grand Finals, and Networking Reception from 2:30 PM onwards. Please register via our Eventbrite link here: https://mtiapac2025_grandfinals.eventbrite.com 

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Please email apacmarketing@medtechinnovator.org with your Registration ID and the replacement’s details. Transfers are subject to approval.

Will the event be livestreamed?

No livestream is planned. We’ll share highlights and photos post-event on our website and LinkedIn.

"I would like to schedule meetings during the event." Is there a platform to do so?

Yes. We will be launching a partnering app in the coming weeks to help you connect and schedule meetings with fellow attendees. Once the app is live, you will receive an email with full access details and instructions.
