This four-phase program is designed to move 6 Singaporean medtech companies closer to a real foothold in the U.S. market.

Discovery & Selection

A highly selective process designed to select 6 Singapore-based startups to expand into the U.S. market. With limited spots and significant resources dedicated to each company, the program is designed to provide deep, focused support to the selected cohort.

May – June 2026
Market Readiness Preparations & U.S. Mission Trip

Needs assessment and intensive pre-mission preparation to ensure companies make full use of their time during the U.S. Mission Trip, which provides targeted, on-the-ground exposure to key stakeholders, partners, and market opportunities.

June 2026 – March 2027
Post-Trip Expansion

The post-trip phase is a critical window to capitalize on connections and introductions made during the mission trip. Each company will also undergo a post-mission check-in to ensure the right coaches are assigned, enabling targeted and effective support.

No — FDA clearance is not required to apply. Many participants join specifically to develop their FDA regulatory strategy as part of the program.
