Fredrik is the Managing Director Asia Pacific at MedTech Innovator, based in Singapore. He was most recently the Founding CEO of Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed). Fredrik brings over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, 25 of which were spent in Asia-Pacific. He has held senior sales/marketing, general management and strategic consulting positions. Fredrik serves as Board Member and advisor to several healthcare startup ventures and is a frequent speaker on the healthcare industry in Asia-Pacific. He holds a BSc from Gothenburg University, Sweden, and an MBA from Henley Management College, UK.

Aditya Vaidya is General Manager, Rest of Asia Pacific Heart Recovery at Johnson & Johnson and a MedTech leader with 20 years of experience spanning R&D, clinical specialist roles, marketing and commercial leadership and general management. He has focused his career on building and scaling commercial organizations, therapies and businesses across Asia Pacific, bringing innovative cardiovascular technologies to market and expanding patient access across diverse healthcare systems at Medtronic, Artivion and now at Johnson & Johnson.

Anas Niaz is the founder of Bioniks, Pakistan’s pioneering bionics company, where he leads the development of affordable, intelligent prosthetic limbs for underserved communities. His journey began in 2016 with a single child, Mir Bayyan Baloch, whose need for a prosthetic arm inspired Anas to reimagine access to advanced care. Since then, he has built a multidisciplinary team delivering solutions across Pakistan and beyond, including work in crisis-affected regions. Driven by a belief that technology should restore dignity and opportunity, Anas continues to push for scalable, human-centered innovation in prosthetic care.

Khoa Le is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eyes of AI™, an award winning Australian MedTech company developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions for dental diagnostics. He leads the company’s strategic direction and global partnerships working closely with leading institutions including the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and The University of Sydney.

Prior to founding Eyes of AI™, Khoa held key roles at leading organisations including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Australian Treasury, where he built expertise in complex coding and quantitative modelling. With a background in artificial intelligence and data science, he is focused on translating cutting edge research into clinically deployable technologies that enable earlier detection, improve decision making, and enhance patient outcomes at scale.

Shinyoung Park leads strategy and global partnerships at Lumino Medison, leading the global commercialization and clinical adoption of LuminoImager, a handheld fluorescence imaging platform designed to enhance surgical precision and workflow. She holds degrees from Seoul National University and KAIST and brings extensive experience in technology strategy, digital innovation, and international project development across data-driven industries. Her work has focused on translating advanced technologies—including data analytics and AI—into real-world applications in sectors such as agriculture and smart mobility. Prior to joining Lumino Medison, she worked at KT, where she was involved in technology strategy, business planning, and global business development, and later led multiple international technology deployment projects, including initiatives in Saudi Arabia and Cambodia, working with public institutions and engineering teams to implement complex systems in operational environments. At Lumino Medison, she focuses on building global clinical and industry partnerships to accelerate the adoption of next-generation fluorescence-guided surgical imaging technologies.

Anuj Chandalia is the Founder & CEO of Manentia AI, a deep-tech healthcare company building an AI-native imaging platform for early disease detection and preventive care. With over a decade of experience in healthcare technology and AI-driven product development, he has focused on solving large-scale challenges in radiology workflows, clinical efficiency, and diagnostic accuracy. Under his leadership, Manentia AI has been deployed across 75+ hospitals globally, spanning India, Southeast Asia, and Africa, and is advancing toward regulatory approvals in the U.S. and Europe. Anuj is passionate about leveraging AI to shift healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive, preventive care at scale.

Alex Park brings a unique blend of financial acumen and healthcare venture leadership to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Ardens Lifescience. He began his career in the finance sector, spending eight years as an investment banker and venture capitalist, and his experience in high-stakes financial transactions laid a strong foundation for his transition into the healthcare industry. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Alex went on to achieve listings on the KOSDAQ of a biopharmaceutical start-up and an IVD start-up. Recognized for his ability to accelerate growth in early-stage healthcare companies, Alex joined a cardiovascular device start-up, where he oversaw operations with a focus on scaling innovation, optimizing resources, and supporting global clinical and regulatory expansion.

Stefan Mazy is a multi-award-winning skin genomics innovator with 15+ years of diagnostics commercialisation experience. A pioneer of the consumer skin genomics industry, he invented the SkinDNA Genetic Test and scaled it to 20+ countries. He is the inventor of the DermR Patch and DermR Health’s proprietary molecular test, which together form a biopsy-free molecular pathway that enables skin cancer to be ruled out in suspected lesions without surgery. He founded DermR Health after his mother experienced a delayed skin cancer diagnosis that ultimately required multiple surgeries. He now works with leading clinicians, laboratories and engineers to expand access to earlier, precision skin cancer care while reducing avoidable procedures.

Stewart Bartlett has been the CEO of Ferronova since 2017, leading the company through preclinical development and safety testing, first-in-human and pilot trials, seed and Series A capital raisings, and establishing a global network of KOLs guiding the clinical program. He was formally a co-founder of Australian medical device company Signostics, where he served as COO for 12 years, managing regulatory approvals and product launch in the US, Australia, Europe, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and several other countries.

Paul Loomis is a seasoned business development and strategy leader with over a decade of international experience, including six years in executive roles across emerging and frontier markets. Currently driving commercial growth and fundraising at BrainCapture — a Danish medtech company developing AI-powered EEG technology — Paul has raised over $5M in investment and soft funding and built a sales pipeline spanning more than 150 facilities across five countries.

Before entering the medtech space, Paul honed his skills leading complex commercial and editorial operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, overseeing multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios and managing teams of 25+.

Jason Sun is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Eyerising International and an experienced healthcare executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in MedTech commercialisation, digital health, AI, and global market expansion. A pharmacist by training with an MBA from Monash University, he previously co-founded Eyetelligence with Prof. Mingguang He, helping commercialise ophthalmic AI solutions across multiple international markets before the business evolved into Optain Health and attracted major US investment.

Masahiko Hara, MD, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of mediVR, Inc., and an award-winning cardiologist recognized by the AHA and ACC. He is the pioneer of Somato-Cognitive Coordination Therapy (SCCT), a disruptive "Brain Reprogramming" technology that bypasses damaged neural pathways to restore motor function. Under his leadership, mediVR has built a formidable competitive moat with 38 global patents, securing a "Category of One" status in neurorehabilitation. He holds a MSc in Chemistry from Osaka University and brings extensive leadership experience from his roles as Business Division Director at international chemical company. Driven by the purpose of reclaiming the lives of end-stage renal disease patients, he leads the development of a revolutionary home hemodialysis system that eliminates water-supply requirements, aiming to restore patients' ability to work and engage in society.

Dr. Mathew Jafarzadeh is the Founder and CEO of CosmoInnovations and a clinician-inventor with over 25 years of experience in laser medicine, photobiomodulation, and medical technology development. As a pioneer in light-based healthcare innovation, he has developed multiple patented technologies spanning aesthetic medicine, drug delivery, oral health, and gastrointestinal applications. His work has been recognised internationally through Johnson & Johnson JLABS, L’Oréal Innovation programs, BeautyMatter, and MedTech Innovator APAC. Through CosmoInnovations, Dr. Jafarzadeh is focused on transforming healthcare by harnessing the therapeutic potential of light.

Arun Agarwal, CEO and Founder of Janitri Innovations, is a biomedical engineer with an M.Tech from VIT, dedicated to improving maternal and neonatal healthcare. After graduation, he embarked on an extensive journey across India, visiting over 100 hospitals and labor wards and interacting with healthcare professionals in both rural and urban settings. In 2016, Arun founded Janitri Innovations with the goal of bridging the gap in maternal healthcare. Recognized for his efforts, Arun appeared on Shark Tank India and secured 1 crore funding.

Rachel Hong has 20 years of experience in Medtech development, in both the private and public sector. Rachel was the Co-director of Medical Engineering Research and Commercialization Initiative (MERCI), a core facility of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and National University Health Systems (NUHS). There she led the product development team in the design and creation of over 20 novel medical devices for various applications including vascular and gastrointestinal implants, as well as wearable technologies. Rachel’s early experience as senior R&D engineer at Merlin MD, solves the treatment of neurovascular diseases, where she was instrumental in the development and subsequent regulatory approval of its class 3 devices.

Lincoln Dacy is the Founder of XCLR8 Technologies, the company behind Rebee Health, a digital physiotherapy platform using wearable sensors and patient-friendly app to support physical rehabilitation remotely.

The idea for Rebee was born from a personal experience. After Lincoln’s mother suffered a stroke, he witnessed the challenges she faced in accessing consistent physiotherapy care. Living abroad at the time, Lincoln saw firsthand how difficult it was for her to travel to appointments and correctly follow her home exercise program—factors that slowed her recovery.

As a mechanical engineer traveling across Southeast Asia, Lincoln noticed that his mother was not alone. Many patients across the region lacked access to rehabilitation due to cost, travel distance, or limited mobility. This inspired him to build Rebee: an affordable, scalable solution that enables patients to complete their rehabilitation safely at home with real-time feedback and support from wearable sensor technology.

Today, Rebee helps bridge the gap between hospitals, therapists, and patients—empowering more people to access care without barriers. Lincoln believes remote care and digital rehabilitation are not just trends, but the future of healthcare delivery.

Yangseok Kim, Ph.D., is the CEO of U2MedTek and a prominent figure in the fields of bioinformatics and AI-driven healthcare. Currently serving as a Professor at Kyung Hee University and a Visiting Professor at Yonsei University College of Medicine, he also provides strategic advisory to LG Electronics and the POSCO Academic-Industrial Cooperation Office. With a solid academic foundation from POSTECH, his extensive leadership career includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Bio Center Director at Daewoong Pharmaceutical, as well as holding CEO positions at various health-tech ventures like Bioage and Danaa Data. Dr. Kim’s diverse expertise ranges from developing personal health record systems and genomic data analysis programs to leading international medical export projects in Southeast Asia. A prolific traveler, he has completed 299 flights with Korean Air, accumulating a total of 462,060 flight miles as part of his global professional engagements.
