MedTech Spotlight is an event series within the MTI Asia Pacific program, featuring two key components:

  1. In-Person Pitch Event (By Invitation Only): Invited startups have the opportunity to meet and receive feedback from investors, strategics, healthcare providers, and other judges from the MTI ecosystem.
  2. Public Conference & Networking: Open sessions that provide educational panels and networking opportunities with industry leaders and peers.

Founders present their innovations to multiple groups of expert judges. 

Actionable Feedback

Immediate, practical insights from investors, strategics, healthcare providers, and other judges from the MTI ecosystem.

Online Pitch Events

Online Pitch Events are virtual pitch sessions within the MTI Asia Pacific Pitch Events RoadTour, featuring two key components:

  1. Online Pitch Event (By Invitation Only): Shortlisted startups participate in closed-door online pitch sessions, focused on substantive discussion, targeted questions and actionable feedback. 
  2. Public 1-min Lightning Rounds: Selected startups present 1-min lightning pitches, streamed live on LinkedIn Live and YouTube Live, giving founders visibility with a broader global audience.

Startups must apply to join the 2026 Accelerator Program — selected applicants will be invited to pitch at Spotlight events across the region, and finalists will advance into the Accelerator cohort.

For Startups: 2026 APAC Accelerator Applications Closed

Pitching opportunities at MedTech Spotlight are exclusively available to startups selected to advance to the Road Tour phase of for the MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific 2026 Accelerator Program.

 

The application window for the 2026 cohort has now closed, and shortlisted companies are currently under review. Selected startups will be invited to participate in upcoming pitch events as part of the Road Tour experience.
